FEES
Fees are the tricky bit to talk about. But we want to be clear and honest with you from the start. Below you will find our basic rates for our therapy provision, although fees are worked out on a individual basis at initial consultation. We do offer a subsidised rate using trainee or newly qualified therapists. If you are an organisation looking to contract therapy then let us know separately. The rates below are per session. Psychotherapy (Arts Psychotherapies included): £65 - £90 per session
Counselling: £55 - £75 per session
Educational & Developmental Psychology: £90 - £105 per session (an hour’s facetime). Supervision: £70 per session. Individual CPD sessions with therapists using video feedback: £80 per session (45mins - 1 hour)
Clinical Psychology: Initial Assessment: £145. £110 per session
Group and couples sessions have a different rate to individual sessions. Contact us for more info.
HOW & WHEN TO PAY
After the initial consultation phone call you will be sent a contract for you and the therapist to sign. One of the things this contract details is that fees must be paid prior to each session. This must be done by bank transfer . You can also pay fees in bulk or set up a standing order. Unfortunately sessions will not be able to proceed without payment having been received.
ABSENCES/CANCELLATIONS
Missed sessions will still be charged, unless more than 48 hours notice has been given. We may then be able to rearrange your session time for you.
IF YOU HAVE PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE
Please be in touch with your provider to be sure that you are covered and whether there are any limitations. You will need their authorisation prior to therapy commencing.
