The creative therapies are clinical psychological interventions that use the arts to provide a vital means of expression and support for those experiencing difficulty. When words might be beyond reach, they can assist with positive psychological, emotional, social, educational and physical development. You don’t need to be ‘good’ at art, music or movement to benefit from therapy, or indeed to participate in a creative project.
We offer a broad range of accessible services: from focused 1:1, group, and family clinical work; to creative community projects that centre around supporting and developing well-being. Our care packages are bespoke to each referral; and include detailed assessments, ongoing reviews, reports, and an emphasis on multi-disciplinary work. We value working creatively, collaboratively, inclusively, and with a strong focus on diversity and evidence-based practice.
We provide our service through three different strands: Therapies; Creative Services & Network.
